One of the most challenging and frustrating parts of any real estate transaction can be the process of negotiation. Broker/Owner Linda O’Connor, ABR, CRS, GRI, ITI is an expert negotiator, and teaches a Negotiation course across the State. In addition, she holds a Mediation Officer Certification with the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS^®. She is a sought after Mediation Officer throughout the State, and serves on Professional Standards Panels regularly. Ms. O’Connor and her team of REALTORS^® utilize state-of-the-art-negotiating techniques to make the process less threatening and frustrating for Sellers and Buyers, as well as more time and cost effective.

Among her most cherished professional accomplishments was being named to the Massachusetts Drum Corps Hall of Fame in 2011. Linda is the Mother of three (Peter, Kellee, and Keith) and the proud Grandmother of eight! A tireless cancer survivor, Linda truly knows the meaning of  what it takes to get the job done!
